I retained Attorney Matos back in October of 2024 for a divorce. Her office handled my case professionally with respect and dignity. She’s the best of the best when your life is on the line
I ended up with no attorney very, very late in my divorce (I was already past the pretrial date). While shopping for the right attorney, I landed on hiring Rachel after meeting with six or seven other potential attorneys. I was a complete mess and had been hit with false restraining orders, numerous felonies, and assault and battery. And with me being the victim of domestic violence from an abusive wife, I turned to Rachel to help me fight off all these false allegations and fight for full custody of my two precious little girls. Rachel’s first big thing she did for me was refer me to an amazing criminal defense attorney. That attorney has recently gotten me a NOT GUILTY on all charges (9/03/25). Rachel was in constant contact with him almost on a weekly basis to make sure he had everything he needed to properly defend me against these false allegations. Hiring Rachel actually saved not only my life but my two young daughters’ futures. Rachel was working on the divorce side of things as her friend worked on the criminal side of it. Rachel shows up prepared and is ready to fight. She brought up two words to the judge at our last court date that I have never heard before: parental alienation! She looked into my whole file and has done her research on my case and saw exactly what was happening to me. My fight is not over yet, but with the recent NOT GUILTY verdict, I am looking forward to having Rachel get me the full custody I deserve and get my two daughters out from under the controlling, abusive, manipulating ex-wife’s hands.
